The Enzo Mortgage Investment Fund (EMIF, Fund), is an open-ended mutual trust, where investors’ money is pooled together, then used to purchase units in a limited partnership which makes mortgage loans to a diversified number of real estate projects (borrowers). The Fund is designed to make loans that are collateralized by real estate through a legal document known as a mortgage.
